Party Info & Details

WHEN?  Parties are typically held on Saturday and Sundays at either: 10am, 1pm or 4pm

WHAT?   Included with your party is the whole use of Mon Amie Harlow Party Area and Play Room. Depending on your package, there will be 1-3 members of staff to help your party run smoothly.

HOW MANY GUESTS?  The Play Space can hold up to 20 children (excluding babies under 6 months).   All children including the birthday boy or girl need to be under 7 years old (unless previously arranged by management). For adults about 40 is good for a mixture of sitting on benches or standing, anymore and it can start to feel a bit crowded.

SEATING?  We have 2 extendable children's tables and chairs and benches for the parents/adults.

COST?  Each party ranges between $500-$999 and you are renting Mon Amie Harlow for 1.5 hours. In addition, you'll have 30 mins for set up and 30 mins for break down time.  The only other cost added is the 18% coordination fee. To ensure your party runs smoothly the times of 10:00am-11:30am / 1:00pm-2:30pm / 4:00pm-5:30pm are your only party time options.  As host you may not arrive earlier than 30 minutes prior to your event, and your set-up must be broken down and all guests promptly vacated by the 30 minutes time given. PLEASE NOTE:  ONCE PARTIES ARE PAID FOR THEY ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

FOOD:  You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own food!
